- Thursday, September 12th:
- Meet and Greet at the Conference Room.
- Registration, goodie bags, finger food, cash bar.
- Raffle ticket sales and genealogy library opening.
- Friday, September 13th:
- Morning: Hotel breakfast and shuttle to Luther Burbank Park.
- Afternoon:
- Historic presentations on Mercer Island and CC Calkins.
- Visit to Historic Roanoke Inn for drinks & appetizers
- Evening: Free time for dinner and exploration.
- Saturday, September 14th:
- Morning: Hotel Breakfast and lectures on Calkins family history.
- Afternoon: Visit local attractions, including the Museum of History & Industry, Northwest Native Canoe Center, Center for Wooden Boats, and Chandler’s Cove Shopping Mall.
- Evening: Banquet with keynote speaker, entertainment, and business meeting.
- Sunday, September 15th:
- Morning: Hotel Breakfast & Boat tour of Lake Union and Lake Washington, Mercer Island.
- Guided tours of Pike Place Market & Seattle waterfront.
- Evening: Casual gathering and relaxation.
- Monday, September 16th:
- Morning: Breakfast and optional visit to Seattle Center.
- Official conclusion of the reunion.
